Tegria HRF
Welcome. Philanthropi Charitable is the 501c3 nonprofit that administers the Tegria HRF. Under a disaster relief program approved by the IRS, Philanthropi Charitable manages disaster relief applications and grants for many organizations. This emergency aid is in the form of cash paid directly to the staff and employees impacted by declared disasters and certain personal hardship situations.
To administer the grant application process, we have partnered with the web platform Submittable. In order to submit a grant, you will be prompted to create a free Submittable account which will then allow you to develop your application for a relief grant. You can save your application while building it out, and once submitted you can still review it and see the status of it under review. For best results, please make sure you are using either the Chrome, Safari, or Firefox browsers. The form will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and requires you to provide the following information:
- Your work email.
- Statement of the "event": a brief explanation of the event, and the date on which the qualifying event occurred. Proof of the event will be required (newspaper clipping or other independent validation.)
- Documents and receipts for expenses incurred as a result of the qualifying event for which you are requesting reimbursement with your name, vendor's name, product/service, and the amount of the expense.
If any of these are missing from your application, it will delay the review process.
Make sure you answer all required fields and accept the Terms of Use at the end of the form prior to submitting your grant application. At any time during the process, you can save your application in draft mode by scrolling to the bottom of the form and clicking "Save Draft." Please note that once you "Submit” your completed application, you will need to contact our review team directly to make any further changes. Your application will be treated in a confidential manner by Philanthropi Charitable, and only data required to confirm your eligibility with your employer along with non-identifying information for periodic reporting will be shared with your employer. Not all staff and employees of an organization qualify for these grants - one must be part of the "charitable class" as defined by your employer. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon receipt of your application. We expect the review of your application to take about 5-7 days and if all is in good order, a confirming email will be sent to you and a check will be issued within a few days following approval. If you have questions regarding your application, please address them to grantappsupport@philanthropi.com.
